As well as this consultancy service I often work on projects as if I were a member of your in-house team. Typically this is for organisations who have a large volume of recruitment in a short period of time, or for organisations who need an in-house team, but can’t justify someone full-time. I often work with other colleagues to bring the full range of recruitment and HR services to companies.
